The condo is newly renovated in a comfy, light, beachy feel. The oversized great room, with large flat screen TV, leads to a beautiful private deck that offers the best view in Forest Ridge. Relax to the soothing sounds from the pond's two fountains right outside your door and enjoy a view of the community pool and tennis courts. The updated kitchen has all new appliances and is fully equipped for any of your cooking needs. The master bedroom, with queen bed, large double closets has a private entrance to the main bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a large closet and a flat screen TV. The home includes a full washer and dryer and convenient powder room downstairs. Restrictions: Subject to availability; blackout dates include all major holidays and December 19 - January 5 and Thanksgiving Week (Tuesday - Sunday). Stay must be completed by April 1, 2023
